Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your SNIDEL account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with all original tags and packaging into the shipping box, including a copy of your return authorization form inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
